Basically what I’ll do is walk you through the whole investing process from initial strategy planning, finding properties, crunching the numbers all the way through choosing the best tenant. I’ll provide access to my “real estate dream team” including lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers and contractors.
I’m a licensed agent with Rock Star Real Estate Inc., Brokerage and part of the Titan Investment Real Estate team & Infinity Wealth Investment Network (iWIN) and have helped hundreds of investors create cash flow, build equity and grow their portfolio.
How does coaching work?
I don’t charge “consultation” or “coaching” fees. How I put food on the table for my family is that I’m licensed real estate agent and will represent you as the buyer or seller during the process of finding or selling a property.
I’m here to make sure you succeed in investing, it’s not just a transaction for me, I’m here to build a valuable relationship.
I’m very picky on the properties I recommend as I would only put those in my own portfolio.
There are 4 ways to start the coaching process.
1. Read my book “Real Estate Revealed” – available on Amazon for $14.95 or get you FREE copy by clicking here.
2. Meet me at the monthly investor meetings we hold at Infinity Wealth (iWIn). You’ll hear from the team on the most up to date investments strategies and guest speakers in various real estate topics. Click here to register for the next one.
3. Attend a monthly “Street Smart Tour” where you will see 3-4 properties and will learn about different strategies, rental rates and reasons why we invest in each City. These tours are usually in Kitchener, Hamilton or St Catharines. Click here to be notified of the next tour.
4. Book a 1-on-1 with Tim at his local Starbucks in Mississauga (coffee is on him!) Get all your questions answered, setup next steps, and create a plan to start adding to your real estate portfolio. This meeting is perfect for investors that are ready to invest. Send an email to Tim (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject line “1-on-1” to coordinate a day and time.
